Intended for students years 7 and 8 and supplemented with a teacher's resource, the new New Zealanders series supports learning in the social sciences, including Aotearoa New Zealand histories.

Divided into three themes: Migration, Land and Culture and Power and Identity, the series follows three families from around the world and explores the many reasons why people migrate and how they keep their cultural identity alive while forming roots in Aotearoa.
